Kind of work: Seasonal greenhouse worker
Place of work: Tonsberg Norway
Contract period: 6-9 months with the possibility of extension.
Salary: 2450-3150 USD
Working hours: 8-10 hrs per day, 5,5 days/week (200+ hrs per month)
Responsibilities at work: Duties of seasonal workers - work in the cooperative's greenhouses - growing vegetables for the cooperative's sales areas (maintaining temperature, humidity and lighting in accordance with standards), applying fertilizers, harvesting, transporting finished products to the warehouse and sales areas of the cooperative.
Accomodation: the campus of the cooperative, payment of utilities according to the consumed tariffs.
Food: The ability to buy food, at the cost of the production costs of the cooperative
Medical & Insurance: Provided
Air ticket: The cost of the plane ticket is refunded after three months of work with the company. The return ticket is paid at the end of the employment contract, subject to fulfillment of all the contract terms.
