Kind of work: Cooperative greenhouses
Place of work: Hessen
Contract period: 1 year with prolongation
Salary: 13.90 Euro per hour
Working hours: 10-12 hrs per day, 6 days/week (240+ hrs per month). (Shift starts from 6 AM). There are also night shifts.
Responsibilities at work: The employees' responsibilities include harvesting vegetables from the cooperative's greenhouses, storing them in containers (boxes), loading them onto pallets (installing boxes), and maintaining cleanliness in the greenhouses. Operational, scheduled, and general cleaning of the premises and grounds is performed both manually and with the help of auxiliary equipment.
Accomodation: cooperative dormitory or rented housing, payment of utilities according to the tariffs used.
Food: The ability to buy food, at the cost of the production costs of the cooperative
Medical & Insurance: Provided
Air ticket: The cost of the plane ticket is refunded after three months of work with the company. The return ticket is paid at the end of the employment contract, subject to fulfillment of all the contract terms.

Responsibilities at work: A security guard's job includes checking the fulfillment of an order (collection of goods) based on data received from the client (ability to operate a scanner), protecting the perimeter using technical means, providing physical security when moving large quantities of goods to contractors, as well as other duties arising from the employment contract.

Responsibilities at work: The work of the warehouse employee is the collection and execution of orders according to the data received from the customer (the ability to work with the scanner). Unloading and loading of goods, keeping warehouses clean and tidy. Other obligations arising from the work contract.

Responsibilities at work: Delivery of goods to consumers (buyers), delivery of goods to the cooperative's trading floors by light-duty truck (up to 3.5 tons). Delivery of goods for the needs of the enterprise. Maintaining the cleanliness of the vehicle's cargo compartment, timing (timely delivery of goods according to schedule), transportation under customs control (CMR consignment note).
